
All ACF operators direct deliver their products in a chilled state, in refrigerated vehicles in strict adherence to the Australian Cold Chain Code of Practice.
Unique to the ACF system, where fresh product is directly supplied, is the monitoring of stock levels, rotating of stocks and a 'sale or return' system, where the level of wastage is managed by the ACF distributor.
All ACF member distributors are regularly subject to distribution audits for food handling and maintain the cold chain integrity.
With a fleet of over 50 vehicles nationally, delivery times are continually monitored to meet customer requirements. All vehicles are modern and have communication contact with our State offices.
Where ACF is not able to deliver directly, we have carefully selected frozen food distributors who are able to deliver our products to even the most remote parts of Australia.
